On a personal note - can you tell me how the reference at the bottom of the page relates to Katangini as I could not see a connection there at all...I can't find any references for the information on the page other than that such a town name exists..But I may be looking in the wrong place - some in line citations on the page would really help. -- 🍺 Antiqueight confer 21:06, 22 October 2013 (UTC) Sixtuskev (talk) 21:34, 22 October 2013 (UTC) Thank you for your concern. as I noted Katangini is within the larger Matungulu Constituency. the reference link lists number of social amenities, some are within Katangini while others are within the neighboring villages, hence they are shared with KatanginiReply

Is it mentioned anywhere that those amenities are in the Katangini area? Meanwhile although the article claims it also part of Matungulu Constituency the only link to the page is from Mbooni Constituency which shows the village as belonging there while the page on Matungulu doesn't mention it. We need sources which show which of these pages is correct. (See the talk page for the article)-- 🍺 Antiqueight confer 21:59, 22 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Sixtuskev (talk) 22:10, 22 October 2013 (UTC) Thank you again! kindly note that we have several villages within eastern region of [Kenya]] bearing the same names, that include the one mentioned in Mbooni Constituency we still have the same village name in Yatta. So that is the case.Reply

Good point - that happens everywhere - I would delink it in the Mbooni page and make it clear that that is a different town so that it doesn't link to this location when you click on it - which it currently does - that or you need a disambiguation page for all the possible towns called Katangini which might be best. But you still need sources saying that it is in the Matungulu constituency. If you can get me sources showing the different villages in the various locales I can help set up the pages tomorrow.

Though again you need to be more careful - the Yatta you link to there is a disambiguation page and doesn't include a Yatta in Kenya. -- 🍺 Antiqueight confer 22:29, 22 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Well - it does now cause I just added it :-)22:35, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Sixtuskev (talk) 22:42, 22 October 2013 (UTC) I meant Yatta Constituency.... I am grateful once again for your guidance. note that this is my second day on Wikipedia pages, I am fast learning on its use. you can also check Matungulu Constituency my first page to edit and advise me on points that I should consider.Reply

You're doing fine - I'll take a look tomorrow - I'm not at this that long either and I only have a few articles.. :-D 🍺 Antiqueight confer 22:46, 22 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hey there - still waiting on some verifiable sources for the article on Katangini. Can you get something there soon or the page will have to be suggested for deletion as currently there is nothing citable for the details showing....-- 🍺 Antiqueight confer 02:41, 28 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
