If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. Have a look at the discussion page. I've tried being civil and finding a way to add information without getting the developers angry that their game has problems that can be exploited rather easily. It looks like they just want to remove it to hide that info.

Decline reason:

It really doesn't matter if you're right or wrong. You were edit warring, and 3RR is designed to stop edit warring in its tracks.
