Articles for deletion nomination of Interpressionism edit

I have nominated Interpressionism, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Interpressionism. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Ironholds (talk) 01:24, 4 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Your recent addition has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Hello. There are a few issues here. First, if you are involved with the company, there is a conflict of interest, covered here. Second, even if you own the copyright, you would first have to release it over on your site under the terms of this site's free documentation license. This effectively voids your original copyright and I recommend against it. This link can help you with a first article and what would need to go in it. The term would at the very least require verifiable third-party sources regarding its notability. Good luck and please don't hesitate to ask for help. I think we may have a failure to communicate. This is not a search engine, first off. We have no way of verifying that you do in fact own the copyright. The following template will aid you in what you need to do, but once again, I highly recommend against releasing your copyright. You would be better served writing something from scratch as I indicated a couple of comments ago. Simply reposting the content is considered edit warring and will lead to the loss of your edit privileges for a short time. Here's the template:

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. PMDrive1061 (talk) 03:01, 4 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

Sorry to have to do this to you, but it's clear you're only interested in promotion:

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy because your account is being used only for spam, advertising, or promotion. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
