Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Nur Ali Elahi. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. See also: User talk:74.222.76.207. - The word "unfortunately" is personal analysis (I happen to agree that it's unfortunate, but don't assume any reader should feel this way). The way you used the quote, it wasn't actually clear you were quoting someone - the sentence flowed continuously, suggesting that we readers could rejoice. (And if the Nour Foundation feels that they can rejoice, I don't see how it's relevant to quote it here, and in which case it simply inserts their PoV into the article). You might have considered wording along the lines of: "No video footage of Ostad Elahi playing the tanbur is known to exist" (although a source for such a statement would be helpful). Also, something like "His son, Drt. Shahrokh Elahi, continues playing the tanbur in the style developed by Nur Ali Elahi" would be better, though I think this more properly belongs in the "Legacy" section. Please consider reading the discussions at Talk:Nur Ali Elahi/Archive 1, if you have time: there have been numerous past concerns about the neutrality of the language in this article. The word "Unfortunately" was here because although the whole article is about how Ostad Elahi played the tanbur, and had complex techniques, we had only audio recording to prove/show it. The sentence was within " ", and the reference was just following it. I don't know how other Wikipedia users use quotes, but I do not think mine was wrong (Quotations and Reference were there). And about the Legacy thing, I personnaly think what is important is not Ch.Elahi himself, but the video which shows O.Elahi's technique, therefore I think it is more appropriate in the Music section. I re-edited a bit the article, I hope it's going to be better now.
