I removed your recent and obviously well intentioned citations in the ZnO article. Please do not be offended. There are 69,999 articles, patents, and books, etc on nano forms of zinc oxide, so obviously we cannot cite them, but must focus on broad sources. Please look at Talk:Zinc oxide. The guideline for citing is really WP:SECONDARY. What we really need is some expert to cull all of the primary references, and replace them with secondary sources. --Smokefoot (talk) 15:41, 7 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

No need to cite all articles about ZnO nanostructures, but as in case of all metal oxide nanostructures, the vapor phase synthesis is the main method, so I was really wondering why only the liquid phase method is mentioned here, and also in such detail and no mentioning of the main method? Take any review about ZnO or any other metal oxide nano growth and you will find vapor phase, you can also take all 3 reviews which User:Smokefoot mentioned in [Talk:Zinc oxide] and you find vapor phase synthesis. The terms used by science people "Vapor phase transport", "thermal evaporation", "Vapor - Solid" all describe the simple air oxidation process, which I tried to add. Since wikipedia is targeted more for a wide audience, I would suggest to add a simple oxidation method for a greater value of this article.--16:58, 7 July 2016 (UTC)Simpinas (talk)
