I have not yet submitted anything for review or posting--I was just attempting to create a company page. I was still in the process of adding references and neutralizing the language when I was blocked. I'd ask to please be unblocked and allowed to submit content for review before a judgment is made as to whether the content is promotional or not. Thank you.

Firstly, you have not addressed the username issue. You will need to suggest a new username that complies with the username policy. You will also need to make sure you comply with the disclosure requirements laid out at WP:PAID. Secondly, I do not see why there should ever be a need for an editor to "neutralize the language" they themselves added to Wikipedia in a second, separate step - unless your conflict of interest is so strong that you cannot write neutrally right off the bat, in which case you should not write about the topic in question at all.
