Nomination of Mayan edms for deletion

edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Mayan edms is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mayan edms until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Dennis The Tiger (Rawr and stuff) 06:45, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

AFD for Mayan edms

edit

Hi, Siloraptor.

Under the circumstances, it is best to comment on the page where the deletion discussion takes place, rather than on the talk page of the creator of the discussion (in this case, me). Given this, you don't need to defend it to me, necessarily. In short, tell us over there, don't just tell me. =) My concern is that Mayan does not appear to have the notability that the other software you note carries. (Mind you, I'll be looking at that further, to verify that it is notable. So far, it looks OK, but it may need a few things....)

In any event, I'd appreciate it if you could post that comment on the deletion discussion page - this keeps the discussion in the open for others to review.
