THANKS.... I want to add a table of his training regime, which has Monday-Sunday on one side of the table, and the specific body parts which he trains on the right hand side, it would look like a nice touch in the biography section, when Harry made a comeback to Bodybuilding.

Also in the Personal Info... I tried to add that he lives in Australia etc but its not updating, do you know how to do this properly.?

I just need two columns, one for the days of the week and the other for the body parts the Harry works out on. I think I may be able to manage with the table yu made here, I can try remove a column. Again, thanks.
