Here is the valid reason why I have rejected your draft. Sorry for late response:

I honestly do not believe that Marino Barić or Siber Music is even a notable figure that is well-covered by an inch. I have quick-searched using Google Search and no notable media or reliable sources even mentioned Mr. Marino or Siber Music. Searching for "Siber Music" in Google News shows up articles by Complex Magazine author Alex Siber, which never mentions Siber Music at all: [1] [2] [3] Also, I don't think there is any coverage of Siber Music being nominated for awards in English-speaking media. I think you can provide me at least Croatian-language sources where Siber is being nominated on. If Siber Music is famous or notable enough, then the draft would have been accepted by our Wikipedia reviewers.

I already read the bio of Marino B's YouTube when I made that reason. They're definitely exists, but definitely not notable enough to warrant inclusion on Wikipedia. Being a verified artist on Spotify is not enough to convince me they are notable in any way. Even shouting towards me won't make me believe that Siber Music deserves an article in Wikipedia, it's clearly pointless. Why didn't you say right away? How many audiences do you need to be able to make an article on wikipedia? Marino B. has smoj instagarm on mine has 1700 followers.

In Wikipedia, the size of audience does not matter. The significant coverage of the subject by published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject does matter. In fact, BaconShadow, which has 67,400 subscribers on YouTube, isn't even considered notable by Wikipedia standards. Why is that? Because BaconShadow is. not. notable. I am saying this right away, right here. I'm letting you know that the creation of Siber Music article is not going to happen until they get enough coverage by these media.
