welcome and thanks

Thanks for your thoughtful contributions to the Wikipedia:Conflict of interest guideline. Working on wikipedia policy and guidlines is an often difficult, but extremely important task. I hope you are able to stick around and help maintain these pages! You seem to have already found your way around a bit, so I won't include the entire welcome template.. check it out at {{welcome}} as you wish. Feel free to drop any questions my way.. Again, thanks for your contribs, stick around ;). here 19:59, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Have you ever been there? I used to travel a lot on the Soviet Union, but I haven't been to this particular region. Jehochman (talk/contrib) 05:06, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Nice to have you chat here. There is only one country of the former Soviet Union I have ever visited. I have never been to the United States either. I'm European, I have travelled in Europe and spent some time in Japan. --Shyranoe 05:19, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
You seem interested in COI cases. There's an investigation going on at WP:COIN. Follow this link. If you like, you could help investigate the allegations and see how the COI policy works in practice. Jehochman / 15:22, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, but I believe solving these cases is not my thing. I'm interested in the COI guideline for other reasons, for example that it might affect situations where there is not (any clear) COI, but is a POV dispute. With this I mean a situation where everyone really wants to write an encyclopedia, but have different views what is a neutral and good way to represent some topic. --Shyranoe 18:56, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
