Every central govt. employee or employee of an autonomous organisation are getting service benifit from MACP or DACP but some doctors of National Institute of Homoeopathy, kolkata are not getting same benifit.They are working for more than 25 years and some of them already retired from service and some will go with in few years.We do not know why they are punished and retiring from same post and same scale of pay after long period of sincere service.Their appleas went in vein and no body bother about it.Secretary and Joint Secretary of AYUSH still waiting for Ministry order to implement this DYNAMIC ACP.It is very shame to us that we are living in this large democratic country.Dynamic ACP of AYUSH doctors already implemented scatteredly in Delhi Municipal Commision and some State Health Services.We are poor Citizen, so we have to belief our RAJA and MONTRI and their PARISADs.Same Dynamic ACP continuing in Cental Health Service for last few years.Politicians are busy with their party and elections so who will bell the CAT?
