Speedy deletion of Pascal Langdale edit

A tag has been placed on Pascal Langdale requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Perhaps I was a bit hasty. I had a look in Google news as was suggested by another editor and I see that he is noteworthy. Sorry! Wolfrock (talk) 15:40, 17 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Influenza edit

I've replied to your comment on the talkpage and made an edit to the article that might allay your concern. Tim Vickers (talk) 20:25, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Stephen Conroy edit

Hi, Shuggyg, thanks for your message about Stephen Conroy. I agree with what you're saying. I reworded the passage in an attempt to make everything clearer, and also to avoid the implication that SC travelled to NSW to avoid illegality, as none of the sources said this. I'd be happy for you to reword it yet again to avoid mention of illegality. Also, when you add information to talk pages, could you please add the information at the bottom? It took me a little while to find your post. It is also customary to sign your talk pages postings with four tildes, ~~~~: this adds the date, and creates some links which make it easy to reply. If you're interested in keeping an eye on SC, I'd recommend setting up your watchlist, if you have not already done so. cojoco (talk) 23:55, 25 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Industrial Cheese edit

Hello, in case you do not have it watched, I've moved your page on industrial cheese to Wikipedia:Article_Incubator/Industrial_cheeses so maybe we can build it into a proper article before putting it out there. I've commented on the talk page a bit about the topic and if you'd like, let's put this together; it doesnt seem to be too hard to get proper info on the topic.

If you'd rather not, thats fine, it's something I'm sure I can throw together while still giving a nod to you motive for its creation. Vinithehat (talk) 05:25, 5 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for April 9 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kristina Keneally, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ian Macdonald (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Bob Carr article edit

Hi. I've just finished doing some significant edits to the Carr article. Most of these were aimed at reducing the "isn't Bob wonderful!" tone that the article had. It still isn't perfect, and I doubt that any bio of any political person ever can be, but I think it's considerably improved. (Of course I do, they are my edits!) My question to you is: Could you please revisit your placement of the 'nuetrality' tag on that article? If you think it is at least 'tolerable' you might remove said tag.
Cheers. Wayne 05:55, 3 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
