Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited CII – Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page IGBC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Apologies, I must have overlooked your previous message, since I always reply to all but the most offensive postings. I deleted your article because

  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Previous versions did have some refs but most of the text was completely unsourced, and one of the refs didn't work for me. You should only use the company's website as a source for uncontroversial matters like the history, not for opinions.
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: premier developmental institution... sensitises key stakeholders... facilitates market transformation... to become one of the global leaders ... prestigious... H.E Dr... — it's a publicity leaflet, no real facts.
  • You need to give a little more factual information. Your latest effort didn't say where or what it was.
  • The infobox seems to have disappeared at some stage, it's here should you decide to recreate
  • Use wikilinks to other articles, eg A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, the then President of India

I hope this helps Jimfbleak - talk to me? 09:40, 5 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Green Building Congress Logo.jpg

edit

The file File:Green Building Congress Logo.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused logo with no article used, it's also can't move to commons because of an unused logo will be deleted as of out of project scope.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Image source problem with File:Building Types going green.jpg

edit

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Building Types going green.jpg.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F4 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:02, 25 February 2022 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 02:02, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
