Hello, I'm Yamaguchi先生. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Kaghan Valley seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. In addition to maintaining an encyclopedic and neutral tone, please refrain from adding indiscriminate galleries of images to Wikipedia articles. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 17:56, 8 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jhalkad, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Naran (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Flags and Infoboxes

edit

Hello Shoaib74444. Per our Manual of Style, please refrain from inserting flags in Infoboxes, as you did at Kaghan Valley. [1] See relevant passage: Human geographic articles – for example settlements and administrative subdivisions – may have flags of the country and first-level administrative subdivision in infoboxes. However, physical geographic articles – for example, islands, mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes, swamps, etc. – should not. I have reversed your recent edit to this article as it was not consistent with MOS guidelines, lacked appropriate sourcing and contained grammatical issues. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly or via the respective article talk page. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 21:01, 21 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

February 2018

edit

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Pyala Lake. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. In addition, please stop restoring this flag icon, per MOS:FLAG as mentioned directly above. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 20:59, 23 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Faisal Mosque. As communicated several times before, please refrain from adding flag icons contrary to MOS:FLAG, inserting indiscriminate image galleries, and perhaps most important the addition and readdition of unsourced content to Wikipedia articles. This is a final warning. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 20:19, 5 March 2018 (UTC) Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 20:19, 5 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please add your sources.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Shoaib, please respond to the above. Boleyn (talk) 08:04, 17 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Shoaib, WP:Communication is required on Wikipedia, please respond. Boleyn (talk) 12:22, 18 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
You are continuing to edit but not fixing the problem or responding to my (now 4!) messages - you are risking a block if you refuse to communicate. Please respond. Boleyn (talk) 12:37, 20 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Shoaib, there is not a mistake. There are no sources in the articles. Please add your sources. Boleyn (talk) 19:47, 21 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Shoaib, please add your references to Dana Meadows, Kaghan, Payala Lake and Khanian Village. Boleyn (talk) 20:39, 25 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello Shoaib, thank you for your efforts at providing references for the Khanian Village article, but blogs and other self-published sources are generally not considered to be reliable sources for Wikipedia articles. Please review Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources prior to incorporating additional content. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 19:05, 26 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Shoaib, please be aware that WP:Communication is required, not optional, on Wikipedia. If you continue to refuse to communicate when other editors contact you with concerns, you risk being blocked. Please also see WP:BURDEN and WP:V. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 20:57, 27 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

The article is now at Draft:Khanian Village. Please work on it and submit it via WP:AFC when it's ready for the mainspace. Boleyn (talk) 14:26, 30 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

edit

Hello, Shoaib74444. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
