Why we have to go for third parties for publish an article on Wikipedia, isn’t it a crime???

I went through Google.com and i found an website asking money for publishing my article on Wikipedia. They said i should not talk about them with anyone. I found that publishing article on Wikipedia is free for everyone. I have my authentications what i wrote in my article that was my own bio. I am poet of Bangladesh not only this i am international poet too.why they insulted me like this without knowing anything.
