Hi Shikhi720! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Be our guest at the Teahouse! The Teahouse is a friendly space where new editors can ask questions about contributing to Wikipedia and get help from peers and experienced editors. I hope to see you there! Samwalton9 (I'm a Teahouse host)

Deleting a page edit

Hello Shikhi720. I've just noticed you asked a question a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to check whether you got answered. People may not have noticed your question, because you asked it in the wrong place (the page for discussion about the Teahouse, rather than the Teahouse questions page). I can't see any evidence that anybody answered you - but I can't see a page you've created either, so it may be that somebody helped you and it's all gone from your history.

Anyway, if you're still waiting for an answer: you need to tell us which page. Most pages in Wikipedia cannot be deleted except by one of Wikipedia's formal processes, which apply our policy - just because somebody wants to delete it is not enough. But if you are the only person to have contributed to a page, you may request its deletion, by putting {{db-author}} at the top (you need the double curly brackets) - pick that link to see the conditions.

If you want to reply to me, it's easiest if you reply here: edit the section, and start your reply with a colon (':') to indent it. If you ping me by including @ColinFine or {{U|ColinFine}}, and sign your post by ending with four tildes (~~~~), the software will automatically notify me of the reply. --ColinFine (talk) 10:29, 27 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
