Hello! Thanks for reviewing my submission. You've noted that it fails the WP:NBAND but I am wondering if you might reconsider. I have reviewed the criteria (of which this band only needs to meet one) and believe it meets the "Has become one of the most prominent representatives of a notable style or the most prominent of the local scene of a city; note that the subject must still meet all ordinary Wikipedia standards, including verifiability" criteria. My reasoning is because Salvation Jane was the first all female band in Canberra, and therefore was the most prominent representative of that local scene in Canberra at the time.

Please let me know what you think. I hope this changes your assessment. :)
