Aure soavi e lieti (Handel)

edit

Hello ShannaGabrielle. I have taken the liberty of removing your addition of the templates {{db-move}} and {{Requested move}} to your talk page. Those templates are only to be placed on article pages, not user pages or user talk pages. They produce error messages like this. I and another editor have sorted out the duplication of articles problem by redirecting Aure soavi e lieti to Aure soavi e lieti (Handel) and placed the appropriate merge/copy information on their respective talk pages . I have also left some explanations at Talk:Aure soavi e lieti (Handel)#Recent over-write why most of the additions you copied into that article and your deletions of existing material were inappropriate and have been reverted or rewritten. There is still plenty of room to expand the article, however. It needs a summary of what its "story" is and a section on recordings of the work. And do check out Wikipedia's Teahouse. It's a place providing great support for new editors. You can ask questions (no question is too basic) and get helpful answers and advice from experienced editors. Me again. You'll find Harris, Ellen T. (2009). Handel Complete Cantatas. Volume 2 (CD) (Media notes). Brilliant Classics. p. 7. (already listed in the article's Further sources section) useful for expanding the article and see also These programme notes from a concert in London which state that Handel recycled and re-arranged the music from Aure soavi e lieti for an aria in his 1713 opera Teseo. Me yet again. Just to let you know that I did not create Aure soavi e lieti (Handel) and had never edited it until today. It was created by GFHandel, who also made the Movement table. The article came to my attention as I was monitoring this list of newly created articles that are possibly related to opera, i.e. Aure soavi e lieti. Hi Voceditenore, I did not mean to cause you all this work, this was a first attempt at editing a page and it was done for my history of musical styles I class, thank you for your input, I'll try and keep these things in mind. Sorry to disrupt this page but once again, this was a class project.

Welcome!
