As best as I can determine, Wesbank is a small neighborhood within the city of Cape Town, South Africa. The only other mention of the place is as one of 19 neighborhoods that make up the 21st of 24 wards of the Cape Town City Council. There does not seem to be sufficient notability of this neighborhood for a stand-alone article, and no good redirect target seems to present itself.
