Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. —Khoikhoi 04:46, 23 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Re: User:Benne

If he is the only one asking for deletion, then the odds are that the article will be kept, after it goes through the process. Please try and work out your issues with Benne, and if he continues to be disruptive, either take the issue to WP:RfM, or report him to WP:AiV.--digital_me(Talk)(Contribs) 00:50, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Personal attacks

edit

In regards to this comment, please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. —Khoikhoi 00:53, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Did you read what I just said? "Comment on content, not on the contributor". That's exactly what I did, I was talking about the article. And I'm Jewish, so saying "in the name of Christ" isn't going to do much. Just don't make personal attacks, simple as that. —Khoikhoi 00:58, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
And I'm athiest. That wasn't a personal attack. That meant judge your own words before you attack mine. And that WAS vandalism. Most people don't want to read that language especially if it is an article about an ethnic group, it could be interpreted as you saying that it sucks because of the people, that is not nice.شيطان
Oh please, I specifically said this article sucks, not this ethnic group sucks. Let me quote what you said, "Please quit with your agenda. I have heard others constantly refer to you as a baathist propogandist." Don't do it again. —Khoikhoi 01:04, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
"Please quit with your agenda" is a personal attack. It doesn't matter that I'm not an admin, because I can easily contact one. —Khoikhoi 01:17, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

NPOV warnings

edit

You have added NPOV warnings to a number of pages. This is unhelpful. I would suggest that you should substantiate your NPOV warning on the Talk page of each page. What specifically do you think is POV about the God page, or about Moses or Muhammad? Which specific sentences or paragraphs do you have issue with? Unless you have detailed, constructive criticism, I don't think you warnings will last, since you are not giving other editors anything to work with. bikeable (talk) 01:56, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Also, it's not appropriate to add a section tag to the top of the article. That tag is meant to be kept for an individual section within an article that's otherwise okay. And the tag directs people to see the relevant discussion on the talk page, but there is none. Before you put a POV tag on an article, you should explain on the talk page what the problems are. Cheers. AnnH 12:12, 26 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Warning

edit

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia; it is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. If you are trying to promote your atheist views, then Wikipedia is NOT the place this to do this. If you have a viewpoint and are making claims about something, then you need reliable sources to back up your claims. Otherwise, you'll get more warnings from users. Do not edit other user's talk page edits

Your contributions to Wikipedia have consisted of numerous personal attacks against others. For this recent bad attitude listed above, you will be blocked for twenty-four hours. When you return to editing after the block expires, you will be expected to edit in such a way that does not insult other users. If you continue to engage in personal attacks after you return, you will receive successively longer blocks. — Gareth Hughes 20:23, 22 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
