Adoption

edit

Hi there, I saw that you would like a user to adopt you. I am literally a Wikipedia addict, so I would always be able to help you with your questions. Would you like me to adopt you? The Arbiter 23:01, 1 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sure, thank you so much for the warm welcoming :). I'd consider it an honor.--Shadowed Soul (talk) 01:12, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
No problem! Feel free to ask me whatever you want. I'll add you to my list of adoptees. The Arbiter 01:47, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Ok, Thanks! Maybe you could start by that that "Talkback" template meant by a Username Paremeter?--Shadowed Soul (talk) 01:49, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Alright. When you use the {{talkback}} template, you need to put your user talk page in. For example, you would put {{talkback|user talk:Shadowed Soul}} (emphasis mine). That way, it will say what it says now. The Arbiter 01:51, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Ah ok, I see now. Thanks for clarifying that up, I recently created an article Unbreakable (Down to Nothing album), after I found that bands page hitting the "random article" button, would you mind taking a look?

--Shadowed Soul (talk) 01:54, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Certainly. The Arbiter 01:54, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thanks.--Shadowed Soul (talk) 01:57, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Unbreakable album

edit

Ok, a decent start. Try modeling it off of this. State what is notable about the album (awards won, billboard chart listings, etc.) and get a picture of the album cover and submit it as a fair use image. That should give you a good start. The Arbiter 01:58, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Alright, I love that song by the way. I'll get started right now.--Shadowed Soul (talk) 02:00, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Done File uploaded and added to article. You are doing a great job with this article. Keep it up! Oh, by the way, you can reply here, I've watchlisted all my adoptees' pages anyway. :) The Arbiter 15:54, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thanks! ^^ I should try listening to these guys sometime...--Shadowed Soul (talk) 15:58, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
I added a "See Also" Section to the page, although both of the links included are already included in the article. So should I take it out? Btw, like my new signature :)?--Shadowed Soul 21:17, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
When you add a colon to indent more, just add one more than the above. That way, its easier to read. :) I would take out the See Also section links, because on Wikipedia, there should only be one link on each page for simplicity. Cheers, The Arbiter 23:14, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Oh, nice signature by the way. And, I have moved this to another section to make it easier to read, since we aren't really talking about adoption anymore. The Arbiter 23:15, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Ok, will do from now on ^^,I deleted the section and thanks for moving the section. that's much better organization wise.--Shadowed Soul 00:24, 3 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
No problem. :) The Arbiter 00:33, 3 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:At Their Very Best.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:At Their Very Best.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:06, 8 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
