Please learn how to follow directions. Sending me an email with {{unblock-un|ShaNic3051238}} serves no purpose because that username doesn't exist (not even globally). If you want to be unblocked here, follow the instructions in the above block message. If you continue to send email about this, your email access will be revoked. You are not prevented from editing your own user talk page (I even checked to make sure). Simply click the "Edit" link at the top of this section or at the top of this page. You should only be emailing the blocking admin if your user talk page access has been revoked (which it has not). And, since it appears you are still not reading everything in the block message (per your comment that you don't know why you were blocked), I'll quote it again for you:
