Speedy deletion nomination of China Wind Power International Corp edit

Bohai Economic Rim --> Bohai Economic Zone edit
Hi there, thanks for your contribution. I noticed you change Bohai Economic Rim to Bohai Economic Zone. The thing is, there are more references on the Internet which refers to Bohai Economic Rim going as far back as 1997. Even the PRC government refers it to an economic circle or economic rim. Bohai Economic Zone is an ideal name but should be a redirect to Bohai Economic Rim. Just some thoughts for you to comment on. --Visik (talk) 01:34, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
