Sure, I'd be happy to see what I can do. This isn't a topic with which I am immensely familiar, but I'll put what insight I can come up with on the talk page.--Dycedarg ж 07:58, 28 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wonderful! -- Seong0980 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Done. You can look at what I came up with; he really doesn't have a lot going for his argument. Much of it seems to be rather egregiously incorrect.--Dycedarg ж 09:03, 28 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I tend to agree, thanks a lot for giving your insight analysis on the discussion! Much appreciated! Kind Regards, Seong. -- Seong0980 28 January 2007 (UTC)

You guys are awesome ;]Cali567 06:29, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

You too are awesome for multiple accounts Cali! Seong0980 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Hahaha....your a funny guy!...me, two accounts???...please do the IP check. Will it be from the first world of Korea or U.S.?...haha Cali567 06:37, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Why do you crack yourself up all the time? An admin could IP check it, probably from Mexico. Or a Mexicano living in USA. Now please leave my board alone. Seong0980 29 January 2007.
Be careful, those are racial slurrs as I see it....and you crack me up, I don't 'crack myself up'...Cali567 06:41, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

What racial slurs? You should be proud to be Mexican, what should I call you? By the way, whats racial was when you called me a 'tiny-tailed' and 'ASIAN' combined, now thats racial, also what are the concidents that some of the wiki members who deleted South Korea from the list lives in Mexico, as compared to your over hype and unproved statement that Mexico is a 1st world country, which oyu have not answered in the discussion board with facts and sources given. Since you have continued to cause vandalism on my board and on Wiki, I have no choice but to request a block on your account. I am sorry. -- Seong0980 29 January 2007.

Me too!...you'll learn someday...Cali567 06:46, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Will you two please stop fighting and start acting civil? Cali567, stop antagonizing Seong0989. Seong0980, stop baselessly accusing Cali567 of using a sockpuppet. Hseldon10 is a far older user with far more contributions than Cali567, and could not possibly be a sockpuppet of him. He didn't remove South Korea for no reason, he listed his reason on the talk page. Please assume good faith in the future.--Dycedarg ж 06:52, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree. Cali567 06:56, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes and now all Asian countries have been delted, Cali567 should be proud, btw did Dycedarg also stated that South Korea was not only 1st world, but beyond Mexico? And why hasn't Cali issued an arguement with cited references yet? Seong0980 29 January 2007.

Seong, Seong....(I'm not that proud)...I DID NOT say that Mexico was a first world country...I said it has a high HDI, which I know is not indicative of being 1st World. Mexico has a strong economy and if no one wants to include it as a country close to being 1st World I won't object. You seem to think I put Mexico as at the top list for First World countries, which I did not. Then there's the thing about sockpuppetry...jeez. Cali567 07:15, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Could have stated about the pride of Mexico earlier instead of "Me too!". Anyway I am sure you are a nice guy when Wiki is offbase, I'm still waiting for your personal research though.. Sorry about the sockputtery, I guess I over-reacted, and also, everyone should be proud of their own country, especially Mexico, such great heritage and tradition originated from Spain. -- Seong0980 29 January 2007.

Haha...hey you!...lol...Of course if I was Mexican I'd be proud..just like koreans should be proud.......And you do not know much about mexico....a great Amerindian civilization has very much contributed....I'm sorry the whole world isn't like Korea...never mind ; ] Cali567 07:20, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Now that South Korea is temporary out of the question, I would just like to do others a favor by reinstating the rightful places of Hong Kong and Japan, along with Norway, and the ones you have mentioned before. But for now, we both have to put aside Mexico and South Korea, since this is damaging our Wikipedia relationship :(. Seong0980
I feel fine about it....I'm not the one writing lots'o'crap....Cali567 07:31, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

How do I write lots of crap? Oh by the way, I was the one trying to apologise even though you had made more mistakes, racial slur? Do you want me to quote some? And also, you have continued to vanadlise again. Are you seriously asking for an IP block? Seong0980

No I'm not. But if you decide to I can't stop you. Cali567 07:37, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

You called me 'tiny - talled Asian' and said you were did not regret saying that. And you still haven't provided the info of South Korea having a higher proverty line than Mexico, who is talking nonsense there? And please stop giving racial messages, I have not attacked your discussion board, but you have continued to insult me. Seong0980

I said I would not be surprised if you are of Asian descent and I called you a tattle-tail....seperately...anyone can be a tattle...you know that mr.Seong...I didn't imply that you were a tiny-tailed Asian..haha....go back and read...then after you see the truth...relax...Good Night. Cali567 07:51, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just stop posting on my page, you do nothing but insult me: "Now a little tattle-tail is going and trying to get administrators on his side...I'm NOT SORRY FOR SAYING THAT and I'm NOT sorry for adding that he may be of Asian descent!." you said you were not sorry for saying that and not sorry for adding that I may be of Asian decent relating to the little lattle-tail comment, that is a straight WP: ATTACK. Please stop posting (because you insult, racailly attack me) on my talk page. Seong0980

Dispute had been handled, since you have apologised to me on the other discussion board. And you have been temporarly blocked due to my previous request. -- Seong0980

Again, I apologize if I came accross in way I didn't mean to. I was let out prematurely from block mode early this morning...hopefully we will have no problems in the future. Thank you, Cali567 06:23, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the info, but I already knew that the project existed. However, since I'm largely inactive at the moment, I will not be able to contribute constructively to Star Wars related articles, so I would like to keep myself to my limits, and not go off biting more than I can chew. Requesting someone with experience

edit

In this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Son_Goku_%28Dragon_Ball%29 I saw someone labelled the name '孫悟空' as Japanese? But it is actually Chinese, the Japanese name is 'カカロット' and it is Kanji, could someone solve this problem and see if my edit is good enough? Because it is definitely Chinese as my language 'Korean' has Chinese/Korean = Hanji, so I know whats Chinese and whats Japanese aswell. ( Seong0980 03:01, 31 January 2007 (UTC) )Reply

Similar to Korean, Japanese uses many Chinese characters in their writing system. Son (), go () and () are all perfectly acceptable Japanese kaji, so it is alright to call 孫悟空 "Japanese" in this context. That said, Son Goku's name is taken from the Monkey King Sun Wukong of Chinese fable.
Anyway, Kakarrot (カカロット, Kakarotto) is Goku's saiyan name. The katakana for his common name would be Son Gokū (ソンゴコウ). Gunslinger47 20:40, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Okay I get it, thanks Gunslinger47 ^_^. ( Seong0980 02:48, 1 February 2007 (UTC) )Reply

A new Dragon Ball attack list

edit

I should let ya know too. Whenever you can, please see Talk:List of Dragon Ball special abilities#Garlic Gun. If you see that Garlic Gun there, that is just a sample of how the techniques should be classified and titled. I am going to change all of the techniques on the list (except Kamehameha, Dodonpa, Genki Dama, Kaio Ken and any others that were used as romaji names in the English manga/anime) into their literal English translation in about five days from now. This change will be similar as to how Bardock was changed to Burdock (name pun) and Hercule to Mr. Satan (which was his original Japanese/romaji name). Please comment on anything else if you have something you may want to add on to it. Thanks! Power level (Dragon Ball) 00:07, 7 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:800px-HDImap2007.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:800px-HDImap2007.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 06:04, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Dragonball Wiki

edit
  • Hi there. I noticed you're a member of Wikiproject Dragonball, and I'm trying to recruit some people from that to contribute to the Dragon Ball Wiki. It's in terrible shape right now with pretty much no consistency or policies, and only this week have I been able to get Angela and Sannse to create some Forums for us over there. I've got a proposed Manual of Style going over there and would like some people to contribute to that to set up some policies and start making the wiki bigger, better, and more intelligible/consistent. If you're interested, please hop on over or talk to me. Thanks for the time, whether you're interested or not. Wildyoda 02:35, 19 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image:Bow1_copy.jpg listed for deletion

edit

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Bow1_copy.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. User:Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr) 00:10, 15 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Per your note on my talk page, the reason for this image to be nominated for deletion is that it is orphaned, ie not used on any article, and also is lower quality and grainy. Also, given the text at the top of the image is an indication that this is not simply a photograph, but has been edited to add that text. If you want to comment about it not being deleted, pleas follow the link Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion/2007 April 15#Image:Bow1_copy.jpg and add your comment. At the very least, add the image to an article. If there is anything else, please feel free to contact me on my talk page.--User:Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr) 13:15, 17 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

edit

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 02:33, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
