WMATA type edit

Please stop adding {{WMATA type}} to infoboxes, and please stop your combative behavior. The template takes up space without adding value, as that information is already in the first line of the article and in the services section of the infobox. Additionally, many stations also serve other systems, and only having the WMATA icon there is outright misleading. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 03:34, 21 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Listen, the only reason why you are removing my edits is because I am new to editing wikipedia. Landover station is only served by WMATA. Therefore, the metro and orange line symbols should be under the name just like Cheverly, Deanwood etc... I know that what I'm, doing is a favor to the article by giving it more information. Having the WMATA icon at Landover is obviously not misleading. It's not rocket science dude.
No, I am removing them because they are not useful. The information is already in the article - you are not improving it. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 03:49, 21 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Every other station in the WMATA system has {{WMATA type}} in their articles. All that I am trying to do is include {{WMATA type}}'s on all 91 metro station articles. When I see stations like Franconia-Springfield, Rockville, New Carrollton, and Landover missing that information, I think that is extremely misleading.
And they shouldn't have it. If you wish to be useful rather than disruptive, remove it from the other articles. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 03:59, 21 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

They should have it. It's also pretty funny how you stated that adding {{WMATA type}}'s is a waste of space. Pretty stupid comment on your part.
