I As reviewing administrator, I did not delete the article, but removed remaining promotionalism, and considerable text that was still copyvio. I strongly urge you not to add it back, or the article will probably be deleted. Rather, incorporate the references in the article properly-- see our guide to writing Wikipedia articles. I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process, as the current formatting looks promotional.
