Cordova is not an island municipality edit
I cannot find a source that says Cordova is not part of Mactan Island. If you look at both the websites of Lapu-Lapu and Cordova, both state that they share Mactan Island. (Although I think the prose on the Lapu-Lapu site copied from Wikipedia.) Even the NAMRIA map you linked to puts the label of "Mactan Island" at the center of the island as if Cordova was part of it, and not at the center of Lapu-Lapu only. And in my 7,100 islands encoding project, there is no separate entry for Cordova, and the entry for Mactan lists "Opon and Cordoba" as parent municipalities. So while I agree that Cordova and Lapu-Lapu are separated by water (a river I think, and not a strait), I am not comfortable categorizing Cordova as an island municipality unless there's are multiple reliable sources that say so as otherwise it can be considered as original research. —seav (talk) 04:32, 21 April 2016 (UTC)

Isabela map edit

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
