Problem user

Thanks for the note. Yes, there are some problem users like that. He's received many wanring but appears to keep making disruptive edits of one form or another. It looks like he hasn't edited in ten days, maybe he's gone. If you see him editing like that again let me know and I'll intervene. Socal fires 09'
