Inaccuracy

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that is in the process of being created. The process being used (which itself changes over time) insures that while it gets better over time as a whole, at any given time any part of it has questionable accuracy. WAS 4.250 18:42, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Further Wikipedia does not even aim at "truth". We aim at verifyability and lack of bias. In particlular, the initial Wikipedia need was content and contributors. Now that we have that, quality is more and more emphasized. To that end, we are adding more and more sources footnoted to specific claims. And selectively deleting claims lacking sources. Feel free to selectively delete claims lacking sources or better yet replace bad data with better sourced data using one of out many referencing styles available. WAS 4.250 18:42, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
