About the birth date of Drita Ziri who won Miss Earth 2023.

Modifiying the birthdate of a specific person such beauty pageant contestants, is not a violation of privacy. Remember, if you are a person whose gonna join a female or male pageants, you should be honest to your basic information such the date of your birth. Once you lied on your records, there will be consequnces those might come ahead, which you will face after you lied on your basic information such falsification of document, which is a lawsuit those people who are trying to fake their basic information just deceive a person or a firm. Filipina is used when referring to women, both as an adjective and as an adjectival noun. Examples: a Filipina poet, The company is run by a Filipina.

so in this case a Filipina politician.

Filipino is more natural

Filipino is not for males only. Most pages of public figures on this site are in "Filipino" demonyms. Example pages: Sarah Geronimo, Yeng Constantino, Judy Ann Santos, Sara Duterte, Leni Robredo, Risa Hontiveros, etc. "Filipino" is more formal and natural. While Filipina sounds informal. It has been pointed out to me that using Filipina actress should not use this rule, but was also noted as being uncommon issue.

No, it was explained to me by another editor that Filipina (female ending) plus actress (female ending) is incorrect. So in this case it should be Filipino (neutral) actress I asked them to take it to Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Philippines-related articles for consensus, but they said it was only a minor thing.
