User page

edit

Hi, I noticed that you seem to have copied an entire article onto your user page. This is called userfication and is generally used for editing articles not ready for the mainspace, and although you are free to do so, you may want to consider other changes to the page that may have occurred since. If you want, you may create a subpage (perhaps at User:SassanidCataphract/temp for your work, in case you wanted a dedicated user page. Of course, it's all up to YOU! Again, welcome!--fetchcomms 04:04, 1 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Non Free Images in you User Space

edit

Hey there SassanidCataphract, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free images are not allowed in the user or talk-space. I removed some images that I found on User:SassanidCataphract. In the future, please refrain from adding fair-use images to your user-space drafts or your talk page. See a log of images removed today here, shutoff the bot here and report errors here. Thank you, -- DASHBot (talk) 22:59, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Problems with File:QizilDonors.jpg

edit

Hello, I recognized that the data which was given to this picture is based on wrong information:

  • 1.:The term "Sassanian style" was used in the wrong context.

What have been described is the wrong picture. The right one is Fig.1 on page 8 in this document: http://www.sino-platonic.org/complete/spp084_mummies_central_asia.pdf

The "Tocharian" Colour Plate on page 9 is not fiting to the description of Fig.1. So, the description is wrong. Please correct the information given in this document. I've informed the User Per_Honor_et_Gloria about this problem. Discussion at [1]. - Maikolaser (talk) 11:39, 15 March 2012 (CET)
