May 2011 edit

I see that you have created the article SNIA Europe, with identical content to that which was previously created by A3sarrah, and subsequently deleted. It is inconceivable that you have done this without being in some way connected with A3sarrah, and it seems very likely that you are in fact the same person. As you are no doubt aware, A3sarrah was warned of being blocked if he/she recreated the same article again. Attempting to avoid such a block by using another account (known as sockpuppetry) or by getting another user to make the same edit (known as Meatpuppetry) is itself sufficient grounds for a block. The article was, in all its incarnations, unambiguously promotional, and in addition it was an infringement of copyright. The latest version was only very slightly rephrased from the content of http://www.snseurope.com/whitepaperdownload.php?id=33. Editing to promote an organisation is contrary to Wikipedia's policy, while copyright infringement is not only contrary to Wikipedia's policy but also illegal. The other account will be blocked, and if there is any continuation of this problem then this account and any other account used may be blocked without further warning.
