Adding reference to Wikipedia articles

edit

Just follow the steps as shown, and fill in the details

Hello Saraswatshivam! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding well-formatted references is easy.

  1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite". Click on it.
  2. Then click on "templates".
  3. Choose the most appropriate template and then fill all relevant details.

This will add a well-formatted reference, which will allow other people to see where you got your information from. You can read more about this at Help:Edit toolbar, or watch this video: File:RefTools.ogv. Thanks and regards. —DBigXray 13:32, 5 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Atal Bihari Vajpayee has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 10:54, 5 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Atal Bihari Vajpayee, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DBigXray 13:33, 5 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
