Hi. Are you looking to add sheet music (or a computer-generated recoding from sheet music)? If so, please see Help:Score (and of course, ensure that you do not infringe on copyright). If you want to upload a recording, it can be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons if it is freely licensed or if the copyright and related rights (including the rights of the person/company that made the recording) have expired.
