Hi! I'm trying to practice using the talk pages for the introduction assignment due on September 14th. My name is Julia, and I am a senior Food Science Research Option major. I love the outdoors, and my favorite things to do are jet ski at the beach and go hiking. I hope this message goes through because I'm not really sure if I am doing this correctly! Hi Sarah. I reverted your edit on Hummus because the edit looks like an excerpt from a paper, perhaps written for a course by you. It did not have enough inline citations per WP:INCITE which are best if they are from secondary scientific or media reporting per WP:SCIRS for scientific entries like you provided. Also, your edit contained more scientific terminology that may be confusing for typical users of the encyclopedia (think of them as high school students); see WP:NOTJOURNAL, i.e., this is not a textbook forum.
