Orphaned non-free image File:Lady-GaGa-Born-This-Way-Special-Edition-Cover.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Lady-GaGa-Born-This-Way-Special-Edition-Cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. You need to stop adding crappy sources like ladygaga.wikia.com to Born This Way. I have told you before also to go through Wikipedia's policy on reliable sources, but since you are failing to do so, you have two options. Either ask me or on the talk page of the article if a link is reliable or not, else be prepared for being reported if you continue to add these kinda sources. You can reply back to me if you like, I'm monitoring all your edits. — Legolas (talk2me) 04:42, 3 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

The source was just showing the special edition album cover that I was referring to. If you want to delete it go ahead. Samlikeswiki (talk) 05:27, 3 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:MusiqInTheMagiq cover.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:MusiqInTheMagiq cover.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 10:05, 5 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

When you add references to articles, like "Judas", please format them using the {{cite web}} template. That makes it a less hassle for other users. — Legolas (talk2me) 04:14, 12 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I will. I always forget, sorry. Samlikeswiki (talk) 04:36, 12 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Didn't I already ask you to format references when you add them? Your edits are kinda becoming a major pain in the ass dude. Just adding a bunch of references won't make you a good editor, its the intricacies and policies which you need to learn. And I'm a hard task master. — Legolas (talk2me) 06:39, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
They were not my references. Samlikeswiki (talk) 06:44, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Don't talk rubbish. You just added a bunch of bare urls to Born This Way. The history proves it. — Legolas (talk2me) 07:09, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I'm not denying that I added them, I'm just saying that they're the same ones from the standard edition. I didn't add them to the article, I copied them into the special edition section. Someone else actually found them. Samlikeswiki (talk) 07:13, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
It doesnt matter whether you were copying them, there is something called taking up the onus to do so. I have been doing the same whenever I find them or in my sandbox. — Legolas (talk2me) 07:16, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Ok, sorry. I'll try not to let it happen again. Samlikeswiki (talk) 07:29, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding an image as a source. First of all we do not use images as sources. Second, I don't know how the booklet is out, or from which website is that image, but is the album has not been released, how can you have it? Third, you are almost at WP:3RR, and four, do not waste space with the same source. Tbhotch* ۩ ۞ 06:15, 20 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

It is the official album booklet. Someone I know has a friend that got the booklet somehow. Samlikeswiki (talk) 06:35, 20 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Discretion?

edit

What do you mean by your edit summary about people using their discretion and an asterisk is used for co-producer on Take Care? Are you referring to the liner notes/track listing using an asterisk, because that does not have to apply here. Don't you think (co.) is a little bigger and clearer for readers, since Wikipedia stresses to make things clearer for readers?

Do what you'd like, you'll just continue to change it. Samlikeswiki (talk) 07:18, 16 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited Hot Like Wow, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Space Cowboy (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
