Request reason:

We are members of the International Association of Mental Health ( Salud Mental Internacional ). Obviously all of our members are entitled to use the same ip of the Association for Internet connection and to enter on Wikipedia. We are not a sock puppet from anyone. We assume that the blockade of our User account "Samen54" in the English Wikipedia will be lifted as soon as possible, thanks. Best regards --Samen54 (talk) 12:02, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

We have a related problem then, which is what we call meatpuppetry. Multiple persons from the same organization should not be editing the exact same article, and ESPECIALLY should not be !voting on matters related to the same subject. As you can see, this is clearly related to WP:SOCK, which is not ruled out yet. Either way, as long as there is a risk that multiple people from your office are going to edit the exact same articles, take part in the exact same discussions, and !vote on the exact same polls, there cannot be an unblock (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 12:22, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
