Your first edit on the English Wikipedia was 26 January. I am not sure what user name you edit under on the Persian language version. The Persian version of the article was deleted in 2011, 2014, 2015, twice in 2017, and again in 2019. The current version was recreated on 12 January by Amirrezanet. So I don't think that there being an article about him in Persian Wikipedia is a good reason for there to be an article about him in the English Wikipedia.
