Ghost ramps: work on links

I liked your additions, but you didn't give a source. I don't think the source I used for the section you renamed "Electronic toll collection" has all that detail. What is your source? The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
