Jerusalem edit

You have to read the Palestinian National Charter to see that Jerusalem is the capital of the Palestinian state. Just as Israel declares that Jerusalem is its capital. This does not mean that the international community recognizes this for both parties.--Sakiv (talk) 13:38, 14 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

National Chocolate Eclair Day moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, National Chocolate Eclair Day, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Disambiguation link notification for May 1 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Social experiment, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page American. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Explenation of pp templates edit

Hey. I noticed you tried to add {{pp-move-indef}} and {{pp}} to 2022 El'ad stabbing. Unfortunately, thats not how those templates work. Those templates are designed to show the protection level of the page visually, normally through the padlock visible in the top right of protected pages. If you were trying to protect the page, that cant be done by normal editors. You can, however, request that the page be protected over at WP:RFPP. Hope this helps! Important Notice edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in the Arab–Israeli conflict. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

January 2023 edit

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Palaestina Prima, you may be blocked from editing. You have shown across multiple articles that you intentionally edit from a biased point of view, cease this behaviour at once! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 17:02, 2 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

I disagree that is was vandalism, because the regions also known as the West Bank even the article on it states this. Salandarianflag (talk) 17:55, 2 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

It also puts the palestine ahead of Israel despite most of the land being Israel Salandarianflag (talk) 17:56, 2 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

At the article 2023 East Jerusalem synagogue shooting you are making edits that are self evidently POV driven and that ignore relevant discussions on the talk page, including deleting properly sourced information, using value labels, 'murdered' when there is no murder conviction, 'terrorist' despite WP:TERRORIST and despite their being specific discussion of these points in the talk page. If no one else does so, I am going to revert these changes and I suggest you cease and desist with this approach to editing.Selfstudier (talk) 18:50, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

The discussions are driven by mostly sympathetic users to this terrorist activity so no matter how much these discussion plough on they achieve not other purpose than to support terrorism, let me pose to you a question if someone guns down and murders seven innocent worshippers in a synagogue, is he not a terrorist? That edit is not a POV it’s a fact. Cease and desist from your plans to revert such a text that would lead to such support of terrorist activity. Salandarianflag (talk) 19:02, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

The editing is driven by sourcing, not what you or I think, the sources are not using such terminology as terrorist/murder (some Israeli media might be but that is not the point). In addition there are relevant guidelines, WP:Terrorist for one, in WP, to comply with. Also, just ignoring discussion on talk pages is not a good look. I have made a polite request, it's your choice what to do with it. Selfstudier (talk) 19:13, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Is 9/11 not a terrorist attack then according to these guidelines, many sources have labelled it as a terrorist attack not just ‘Israeli media’. Salandarianflag (talk) 19:29, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Also your request was very aggressive. Salandarianflag (talk) 19:30, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

We are not discussing 9/11. If there are "many sources" I would be most interested to see them. I am sorry if you thought my request was "aggressive", I thought that "I suggest" was quite polite. Selfstudier (talk) 19:36, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please can you agree with me that this is not ‘Israeli Media’ it is quite clear this is a terrorist attack. Salandarianflag (talk) 19:41, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

No,WP:TERRORIST says (and it is also quoted on the talk page ignored by you) " best avoided unless widely used by reliable sources to describe the subject, in which case use in-text attribution." You have produced a single source, not evidence of "widely used". Look at the references in the article and see what they use.
I think we have had an exchange of views and it is clear that we are not going to find any agreement so best leave it there for now. Selfstudier (talk) 19:47, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Salandarianflag. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "25th Knesset".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. Salandarianflag, I have closed the AE report you filed since it was both malformed and is essentially a content dispute that is currently being discussed (and needs to be settled through WP:DR, if needed). I am advising you to tone it down with the emotive language ("blackmail", "obnoxious", "harassment") and battleground behavior, and to stop bludgeoning the discussions at the article talkpage and at RSN, or you are likely to be topic-banned from the Israel-Palestine conflict area. Notice of Arbitration Enforcement noticeboard discussion edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a report involving you at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement regarding a possible violation of an Arbitration Committee decision. The thread is Salandarianflag. Thank you. Onceinawhile (talk) 21:19, 11 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement sanction edit

The following sanction now applies to you:

You are indefinitely topic banned from the Arab-Israeli conflict, broadly construed.

You have been sanctioned per the arbitration enforcement request and consensus of admins here

This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Index/Palestine-Israel articles#Final decision and, if applicable, the contentious topics procedure. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.

You may appeal this sanction using the process described here. I recommend that you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template if you wish to submit an appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me (on my talk page), before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. Galobtter (talk) 00:18, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

How long are topic bans usually and if you think I will go back after the ban and try do the same edits I promise I won’t. Salandarianflag (talk) 00:19, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
As the original topic ban suggestion was one week please can you give me another chance after one week? Salandarianflag (talk) 00:20, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Sorry no. The topic ban does not expire. You have to abide by WP:TBAN until you successfully appeal the topic ban. I would recommend editing other topic areas constructively for 6 months and if you can do so, only then appealing the topic ban. Galobtter (talk) 00:21, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Can I still make edits in regard to Israel, like the Tel Aviv Light Rail? Salandarianflag (talk) 00:24, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
In general you should be able to, just make sure your edits or the page have nothing to do with the conflict. Galobtter (talk) 00:30, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Alright thank you, can I come back in two months after constructive editing to appeal to you for a second chance? Salandarianflag (talk) 00:38, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
No. Please see my reply here. Galobtter (talk) 00:55, 12 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Topic ban violations edit

Both this and this edit violate the topic ban I just imposed. I'm giving you this one warning to stay away from the conflict entirely as per your topic ban. The next violation will result in a block.

I personally would recommend staying away editing anything about Israel or Palestine completely since it doesn't seem like you understand how to follow the topic ban. Galobtter (talk) 07:12, 18 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

February 2024 edit

To enforce an arbitration decision, you have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of 1 week. You are welcome to edit once the block expires; however, please note that the repetition of similar behavior may result in a longer block or other sanctions.

If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing blocks (specifically this section) before appealing. Place the following on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Please copy my appeal to the [[WP:AE|arbitration enforcement noticeboard]] or [[WP:AN|administrators' noticeboard]]. Your reason here OR place the reason below this template. ~~~~}}. If you intend to appeal on the arbitration enforcement noticeboard, I suggest you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template on your talk page so it can be copied over easily. You may also appeal directly to me (by email), before or instead of appealing on your talk page.

Galobtter (talk) 23:01, 13 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Reminder to administrators: In May 2014, ArbCom adopted the following procedure instructing administrators regarding Arbitration Enforcement blocks: "No administrator may modify a sanction placed by another administrator without: (1) the explicit prior affirmative consent of the enforcing administrator; or (2) prior affirmative agreement for the modification at (a) AE or (b) AN or (c) ARCA (see "Important notes" [in the procedure]). Administrators modifying sanctions out of process may at the discretion of the committee be desysopped."

Most of your edits since the topic ban are violations of it, including creating multiple articles in violation of the tban. If you continue to ignore the tban the next block will be indefinite. Galobtter (talk) 23:02, 13 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
