Amuteya village

Amuteya village is located in the northern part of Namibia, Onyaanya constituencyOshikoto region.its under the leadership of Mr Vilho Kamanya who was the former oshikoto regional governor. I really likes this village because its were i grew up and were i started school at amakali combined school which have classes from grade 1 up to grade 10 its also closer to Uukule senior secondary school ,this proves that my village is the best.Its well known for its beautiful forests which attracts a lot of tourist to o explore and this has boosted up the development of facilities . like road,school,clinics and lodges have been created to accommodate tourists therefore employment level has risen up. The modern housing has taken over the traditional housing indicating the level of development. .and also the farming in my village has been improved,people today are selling their products on the market and this has improved household income peace and stability has been the most enjoyable things in my village since the headman rules and regulations has stipulated it clearly that peace disturbances is a serious offenses and its prohibited by the law. the headman has set rules also regarding the cutting of the trees by ordering the cutting time based on the needs of the members,afforestation has been upgraded to prevent desertification. Members of the village has become uncertain with the issue of the headman being far from the area and this has created much tension between members. .the issue of flood and drought has affected my village since mostly during rainy season the waters surround my village and this hampers productivity.
