Shocker Toys

edit

Hi! I just wanted to give you the usual welcome, (I always found the above links useful), and to thank you for your comments in the AfD. While I don't agree with deleting the article, I appreciate your point, and I'm glad that it was well made. I guess we'll see where consensus lies, and I hope that you'd like to be involved in Wikipedia more generally as well. :) If you do, and ever need any help, just let me know, and I'll help where I can. - Bilby (talk) 11:50, 12 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hey SWH glad to see you weigh in on the article. They told me all about you from Fwoosh. How you used to hunt down Shocker Toys on all websites and voice your opinion although it was negitive it was your own.--JMST (talk) 12:43, 12 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

COI Concerns

edit

Hi! Me again. :) I just figured a quick warning would be polite - not that you've necessrily done anything significantly wrong, but just in case it is needed. COI is a problem, and one that will always be present. But part of the problem is WP:Outing means that posting real names of people, if they don't volunteer it, counts as harassment. The problem is the conflict between right to privacy and anonymity, vs knowing if there is a COI, and generally the first wins. Mind you, the issue with JMST has been raised on the COI noticeboard - I don't frequent there, so I'm not sure what happens when something is raised, but other editors are aware of the problems. - Bilby (talk) 14:03, 12 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
