There are a lot of little (but high quality) sources to say that he was a BJP candidate for that riding in that election but not a lot of detail. Some of the bigger pieces on him are about his activism and rallies.
- "The BJP was keen to get Harbour constituency in the AIADMK alliance and has fielded its state youth wing president Vinoj P Selvam against P K Sekhar Babu, sitting MLA of the DMK."[1]
- Some details on his activism regarding NEET.[2]
- Some statements by Selvam on his opponents, if you want to expand on his campaign.[3]
- This source says that he lost by over 27k votes[4]
- Here's a piece post-election posturing, it might not be all that notable.[5]
- This confirms that he continued as president of the youth party following an administrative shuffle in 2020.[6]
- There are a few pieces about him filing complaints on behalf of the party for various defamatory social media posts and youtube videos. Individually these are not notable, but I think there might be something in them together, to make a general statement about this as part of his official activities. I feel that it speaks to him for (a) being savvy with internet and social media and (b) having the legal understanding to officially tackle it. Remember to summarize and not detail every incident:

Images edit
My recommendation for you is to add one or more images to the article. A Wikipedia page should always have as much information as possible (but not too much).
References edit
It's quite good that you have references on the page. But, one thing bothers me: Could you add some referenes that are not from news sites, for example? That would make the article more "stable" and reliable.
Length of the article edit
The page itself is kind of... short. I have two solutions in mind: You could mark it as a stub, or gather more info about the subject and make the article larger.
Conclusion edit
I think that the article is not ready for the publishing yet. This is a very good start, I'd say, but it needs some more polish and expansion. Anyways, keep it going - as I said earlier, the draft is an excellent starting point. Best regards, Dimljacic (talk) 22:00, 25 December 2021 (UTC)

Hello. I read the draft, and I think you should do 2 things to make it better.
1. Add media, stuff like pictures and videos, stuff like that 2. Add some more text to the article, flesh it out, or just categorize it as a stub, easy as that.
I submitted it for review, so if they reject it, tell them you will add this stuff after it's published. I will try to provide you with anything you can't find. Right now, all you should try to add is a picture of the person and #1 should be fulfilled for now. We can work on #2 together after it's approved.
