December 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 'R Xmas, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 13:47, 7 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. IceWelder [] 09:41, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Antone Pagán edit

Greetings SILENTWARRIOR, I noticed that a majority of your edits appear to be in relation to Antone Pagán. I just wanted to take a moment to speak with you and see if you have an existing relationship with Mr Pagán? Greyjoy talk 07:32, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

I think the conflict of interest is rather obvious, given the advertorial language. From their edits to The New York Ripper:

... except for the scene with New York SAG-AFTRA actors Antone Pagán and Josh Cruz who incidentally and in a very suspect way were credited as Anthon Kagan and Johs Cruze hence leaving both actors forevermore with additional aka [also known as] added to their histories. Furthermore, Mr. Pagán [ www.imdb.me/Antone Pagan ], a Producer, Writer, Director and lifetime member of the famed original 'The Actors Studio' in New York City, was brought on as a 'New York Producer' liaison under union jurisdiction to collaborate with this possibly suspect Italian film company and director.

Notable New York City Actor, Writer, Director and Producer, Antone Pagán passed on an offer to him made years later to be included in a book about Lucio Fulci. Mr. Pagán informed them that he is truthful, fair and ethical in all of his endeavors and projects and that to speak well of him and his ongoing unfavorable experiences with this Italian horror film, would truly be a continual lie. Hence Mr. Pagán is not, as far as he knows, included in this book.

... and other glaring examples from their contributions, all of which I have reverted. Everything was unsourced, of course. IceWelder [] 09:52, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

December 2020: IMDb is not considered a reliable source edit

Welcome, newer Wikipedia editor. IMDb is user-generated, like Wikipedia; therefore, we cannot use it as a source in Wikipedia articles. You have a very high reversion rate for your edits, which you can improve by using inline citations. Also, be sure to check out WP:Reliable sources.--Quisqualis (talk) 21:32, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
