I only wanted to say hi to some people and then I got a message warning me so I removed it and then Nigos (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · edit filter log · block user · block log) came along and didn't even know how to use the g10 CSD template SIJOPTG2 (talk) 08:58, 24 June 2019 (UTC)

You are free to make another actual unblock request. CheckUsers don't typically get involved unless there is a need to, which there doesn't seem to be at this moment. Your unblock request is for explaining your situation. If you want to communicate with ArbCom, you should send an email per Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee#Contacting the Committee. This doesn't really call for a checkuser, as they don't need to use their powers if you are admitting to being a sock. 331dot (talk) 13:27, 24 June 2019 (UTC)
