Not the traditional sequence.

I notice that SDPatrolBot now reports to AIV. However, it appears to use the sequence 1/2/3/3/AIV, not 1/2/3/4/AIV (which ClueBot uses). Since it does report now, the second level 3 warning should be changed to a level 4 warning (assuming you know what I mean). I don't see it being too difficult to change that. mechamind90 02:09, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

Hmm, yeah it always used to stick on level 3 because it would never report to AIV, so giving a final warning was a lie. Obviously now that is no longer the case. I'll switch it around to giving a level 4 on the warning before it reports to AIV when I get the time (later today hopefully). Thanks for pointing this out :) - Kingpin13 (talk) 07:01, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

Lee bivens

Hello. I moved this article to Lee Bivens to capitalize the last name of the author. Someone came by and threw a {{db-spam}} on the redirect. As a redirect cannot be db-spam, I removed it. The bot added it back. Could you add some kind of criteria not to revert established editors?--v/r - TP 15:30, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

Hmm, I don't really see myself why established users should be treated any differently. No harm is done by simply waiting for another impartial user to review the page. However, I wouldn't mind adding something so that the bot doesn't bother if the page was created as a result of a move. But I'm not sure if this kind of thing is common enough to bother with that. - Kingpin13 (talk) 17:17, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
I suppose that makes sense, I guess this is just too obvious of a case that it becomes unique.--v/r - TP 17:28, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

Removal of Goonininup

You removed the Goonininup article that I put up. Unfortunately I did not see your post and so missed out on seeing the article was due for deletion. Goonininup is an Important Western Australian Aboriginal Site, and its deletion could be interpreted as racist.

If you want help, the best way of getting it is not to throw around accusations of racism. The deletion did not have anything to do with that, and for your information SDPatrolBot is a bot - a computer program. It's not capable of racism. However, A1 technically does not apply to redirects. On the other hand it is unclear why "Goonininup" should redirect users to "Swan Brewery". Talk to Boing! said Zebedee (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) about it, and when you do so try not to attack him as you've done here, it weakens your argument, and makes others less likely to cooperate with you. - Kingpin13 (talk) 16:06, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
