Brief explanation and apology

Hello, RuuBjAh!

Recently, you may have logged into your Wikipedia account and noticed that you weren't able to edit any articles. This is because your account had been temporarily blocked. There was suspicion that your account is being used by a person whom we as a community decided to ban from editing Wikipedia and such people are no longer welcome here. This banned person, to whom we refer as Brexx (due to his original account's nickname), has created many new accounts after we banned him so that he can keep editing on this website despite our decision prohibiting him from doing so. This type of activity (creating new accounts after your account has been blocked) is called sock puppetry and is severely frowned upon. Anyone found engaged in sock puppetry will have all their newly created accounts blocked indefinitely.

As I said earlier, there was some initial suspicion that Brexx might be using your account so an investigation was started here. Due to a simple misunderstanding, we had come to a conclusion that Brexx was indeed using your account and your account was then blocked. However, we were able to clear up the issue and prove that your account is completely unrelated to Brexx so you are no longer blocked and you're free to keep editing.

We all hope that this hasn't upset you in any way and I'd like to apologize on behalf of all involved that this even happened. Should you have any further questions about this or anything else at all, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page anytime.
