Thanks for the information that Charlie Small is a pseudonym of Nick Ward, not David Fickling. My error was because the link from the Charlie Small disambiguation page lead to David Fickling.

I've rectified that linking error and put the full list on Nick Ward's page.

It would be good if you could look that over.
