Ways to improve Andrew Barnes nz

Hi, I'm JamesG5. Rubykane, thanks for creating Andrew Barnes nz!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Page has excess detail without ever stating why the subject is significant. References are formatted incorrectly and not linked in body, see WP:CITE. Too much detail about unimportant things, like a fluff piece. No categories. Advertising links.
