March 2023 edit

Hello, and thank for your contributions. I recently removed some of your edits because they were, um, disturbing and gross. Also, Wikipedia is not a tutorial, so the content wasn’t needed. Illusion Flame (talk) 02:59, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Illusion Flame oh ok, I'll try and learn what contributions are better. Ruach the creator (talk) 03:46, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
Please disregard Illusion Flame's comment. Information on Wikipedia is not removed simply because it may be "disturbing" or "gross" to some. If I had to guess, the actual policy-based reason why your information was removed was because you did not add any citations to reliable sources to support the material you added. Please always make sure to add those when adding new information to an article. Thank you. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 20:28, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Throast. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Boxing, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 20:20, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Throast ok, thank you for not fully removing it. I'll find some references and add references to my work. Ruach the creator (talk) 20:34, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

 Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Illusion Flame (talk) 03:15, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
